At Mamta Furniture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Delivery Timeline
All products are made to order and are typically shipped and delivered within 2–3 weeks. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and location.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return for most new and unused items within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original condition
Original packaging and accessories are intact
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.
Delivery & Damage Check
Open delivery is not provided. Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the packaging is torn or damaged, please clearly mention “Goods received with damaged packaging” on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
If the product is found damaged after opening:
Inform us within 48–72 hours of delivery
Share clear images of the damaged product along with the order reference number

Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Products must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product
Exchanges & Replacements
If a product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost, subject to inspection. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
