They sent their service team multiple times in last 10 months or so but it didn’t help and finally i reached out the store manager Mr RamaKishor to replace the product. Mr Ramakishor was not the manager during purchase but to my delight without much fuss he agreed and today I received replacement which is a fresh piece from their store.
