Order Processing

All orders are made to order and are processed within 10–15 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (where serviceable)

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s PIN code, courier partner availability, and product type.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most PIN codes across India.
If a location is not serviceable, the customer will be informed via email or phone after order placement.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Customers can track shipments through the courier partner’s official website or application.

Delays in Delivery

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, Mamta Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions or natural calamities

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

If an order is not delivered within a reasonable period after dispatch, customers are requested to contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a package is received in damaged condition or appears lost in transit:

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate

  • Based on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be initiated as per eligibility

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and serviceable PIN codes only.
