The product images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. As our furniture is handcrafted, the final product may vary slightly in appearance due to factors such as lighting conditions, manual polishing, natural wood texture, and screen resolution.

Mamta Furniture products are available in a fixed set of finishes. Customers are advised to discuss their preferred finish with our customer support team before or immediately after placing the order to ensure the best outcome.

For solid wood products, natural grains, joint lines, and minor texture variations are inherent characteristics of the material. Slight differences may also occur between actual products and 3D designs displayed on the website.

Delivery & Damage Policy

Open delivery is not provided. Customers are requested to inspect the packaging thoroughly at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or torn, a clear remark such as “Goods received with damaged packaging” must be mentioned on the delivery receipt before acceptance.

If, after opening the package, the product is found damaged, customers must inform us and share clear images of the damaged product within 48–72 hours of delivery along with the order reference number at mamtafurniture0001@gmail.com.

Based on the assessment:

  • Minor or moderate damage may be resolved locally. In such cases, Mamta Furniture will provide the required material and bear reasonable local carpenter costs.

  • Major damage may qualify for replacement or return.

Customers must retain the original packaging until the issue is fully resolved, as repacking may be required in case of replacement or pickup.

In exceptional cases where replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued after product pickup, subject to a 3% deduction towards payment gateway charges.

Cancellations & Delays

As all products are made to order and handcrafted, order cancellations are generally not encouraged once production has started. Customers also acknowledge that dispatch and delivery timelines may extend up to 2–3 times the initially estimated period due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is provided up to the ground floor. Any additional handling or delivery requests may be coordinated directly with the delivery personnel at the customer’s own cost.

Mamta Furniture shall not be held liable if the customer is unavailable at the delivery location. Any request for change of delivery address must be communicated before dispatch, via email and phone, especially for products with a production timeline of 4–5 weeks.

Warranty

Our products come with a 36-month limited warranty covering manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal household usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear.

  2. Minor cuts, scratches, or accidental damage.

  3. Improper installation or assembly by the customer.

  4. Damage due to incorrect usage, storage, or cleaning methods.

  5. Cracks caused by product displacement.

  6. Wood decay due to prolonged water exposure.

  7. Natural expansion or contraction of solid wood due to seasonal changes.

  8. Natural wood features such as grains or joint lines.

  9. Seasonal splits or joint openings beyond the warranty period.

  10. Upholstery fabrics (warranty applies only to frames/mechanisms).

  11. Damage caused by harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning.

  12. Minor unevenness (up to 5 mm) due to floor level variations.
